To make a hotel reservation, please complete the hotel reservation form online by May 15, 2010.
Please note the forms received after this date will not be accepted.
Your reservation is made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation.
A written notification must be sent directly to the Symposium Secretariat to cancel your reservation.
When notification is received by the Secretariat after June 15, 2010 or no notice given, 100% of accommodation fee will be charged to your credit card.
